Mason & Co respects your privacy. This page describes what personal information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to do our job well, and we keep it only as long as we need to.

What we collect

When you submit a project inquiry through our website or send us email, we collect your name, contact details, and the information you choose to share about your project. Our website does not use third-party tracking, advertising cookies, or analytics tools that identify individual visitors. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page) are kept for thirty days for security purposes and then discarded.

How we use it

We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to communicate about the project. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not use it for any purpose other than the project you are asking us about.

How long we keep it

If we do not end up working together, we delete your contact information from our system within twelve months of the last communication. If we do work together, we retain project records for seven years after substantial completion, in line with standard professional practice and our two-year workmanship warranty.

Your rights

You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. To exercise these rights, email studio@masonandco.example or call us at (905) 555-0182. We will respond within thirty days.

Compliance

Mason & Co complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation in Ontario. If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
